A month gone by and no refund!!!

I settled my woolies account on 24-12-2012 via internet transfer. I called woolies thereafter to request a refund as I had overpaid with 3700. they could not pick payment up by the first week of January 2013. I was than asked to send through the proof of payment which I did. They than informed me that payment has gone into a suspence account and the funds would be allocated to my store card in 3 days. I called back to get my refund and they than needed my bank statement which was sent through on 14 January 2013. I called after it was faxed and the consultant confirmed that she had received it and i would get my money paid into my account by wednesday 16 Jan. I have not received till today!! Now they giving me a story that my statements were not stamped THEY WERE STAMPED at the standard bank in Lenasia Trade Route mall. Everytime I call its a different story. A team leader by the name of Max was to contact me on tuesday 22 Jan 2013 and i HAVE NOT had a call from him. I am tired of calling them and getting nowhere.
I WANT MY REFUND!!!
