On 9 Nov returned poor quality item to Pick n Pay Clothing store N1 City. My credit card was "refunded" with out me inserting my pin as it is a chip n pin card. I was told it is not done on their system. It is now the 15th Nov and NO REFUND in my card. When i buy an item i have to pay for it immediatley but when a defective item is returned i have to struggle to get my refund 1 Week later. That is crazy. On the same day i returned an item to Woolworths.By the next morning the money was in my account. What is wrong with Pn P? i called cutomer services today and spoke to Nadeem (?) all he did was get the store to call me - i am stil waiting since 12.17pm (its now 2pm) for the store to explain when i am to get my money back. Very poor cusotmer service with the clothing store at N1 City. It is disgusting. I want my refund. Number at bottom of 'refund slip" is *060069 7719 881765 1 09/11/2013 14.09.
