On the 25th November 2013, I ordered PVC wrapped panels and doors to specific sizes. I was told that there is a 10 day turnaround period once payment has been made. i made the payment immediately and left my contact details for collection notification. Since then i have not been contacted with regards to collection or order status. I visited the store on the 6th and was told that the order will be ready by the 10th. Again, i received no call and when I called the store on the 17th, they had no record of my order. I gave them the receipt number and it took 2 days to get back to me. They informed me that the colour I chose was not in stock and that the factory was closing on the 19th and that they could not help anymore. I went there on the 20th and asked for a refund. The frustrating part is that i have already spent money at the same store to buy the other boards that forms part of the cupboard and now have no use for them. I also bought a granite top that is of no use to me now. Really bad service and no one seems to care!
