Consultants not willing to assist

I paid my bill on the 23/04/2013 and faxed proof of payment, consultant told me my account was up to date two days later 8ta submitted a debit order to my bank which was not even my debit order date and continued to submit three more after that and my bank charges R115 for a return debit which cost me about R460 for the bill that was already paid. I called customer care which was useless, i further went to the Canal Walk shop L133 store and showed the statement to this Zolani consultant who just called customer care and gave me the phone and then left me and told me to go to another consultant because he was going on lunch, i spent more than an hour waiting for assistance while the other consultant was assisting Client that came after me i asked for the manager they told me that he was busy i asked for the manager's name they said they do not know they are new at that shop i finally find that the manager was Wynand De Kock which i couldn't speak to because he was "busy" according to the consultants i finally spoke to Nompumelelo Mvuyani at customer care who told me to email that statement and then she will send me feedback which i did but till today i never got that feedback.
