I took a loan with Sanlam in November 2013 and the agreement was that they will debit my account on the 31 of December 2013. On the 6th January I called their customer care centre just to check if they debited my account, to my suprise the lady (Natasha) said they did not bcos their system was down. When I asked her y was I not informed about the matter she was rude and asked me if there will be money in my account on the 7.01.2014, I said no I'll have money in my account on the 15 of january. She said they will debit then but she was so rude I will never do bussiness with them again.
