NO REFUND!

I had cancelled my membership with Sanlam reality in January 2013, and yet i they have still debit the fee from my account every month. i have spoken to sanlam reality countless times as i would want ALL my MONEY back that i was debited since end of January 2013.

Nobody has given me feedback. I was told countless times that they will contact me; yet nobody has done that till now. Sanlam reality is very quick to take out the money from my account yet to pay it back has become a HUGE issue. i want my entire amount back which i have being paying for since 31st January 2013 to date.
