Still waiting for settlement lette

Hi

I called on Monday to request a settlement letter (REF 131014000223) so that I can pay up my account in full and close the account. I was told that it would take 24 hours.By Thursday I still hadnt received anything, so I called again (REF 131017000413). Again I was told I would receive it yesterday. I still have yet to receive it. I just want to pay the balance and close the account. On monday I was told that my balance was R4500, so I dont expect it to have changed with interest because of your delay!
