I applied for a loan online which all the fileds needed to be completed for them to assist with your application. One of the fields that you MUSt be ticked is the accept terms and conditions which automatically is linked into a legal product which you ""must"" take for them to assist with a loan application. When i received the forms via e-mail it stipulated that a payment must be made of R399.99 if accepted and once proof of payment has been made they will assist you. I left it just there assuming that they will see i am not intrested in the product. Well guess again you are walking away without a loan and with a legal plan instead :-( Tried calling the company and spoke to the rude and agressive consultant's which led me to escalate this problem to the NCC, Hello Peter, Ombudsman which gladly assisted me. Please people be aware this is real. How many people is caught with this kind of service which is unable to afford R399.00.I will not stop untill they are exposed
