Being the Middleman is not easy

We are in the process if the dreaded Insurance claim process. Today is 3 weeks and all the insurance claims department and assessor have done is delay the process of claim registration and taken 3 day to NOT send the assessor report. My Husband is a very patient man but he is now at wits end.

Through all of this, he has emailed and called Tishen Pillay from Bsure and each and everytime Tishen has replied or taken the call and at least tried to reassure my husband and get him feedback.

Being the Middle man is not easy but thanks to Tishen, we at least have a very competent and friendly person to go to.

We are still no further with the claim which is shocking, but a big thank you to Tishen!!
