Lack of feedback and response to request

I registered a claim with Orico on 27 September 2013. Registering the claim was an easy process, but the follow up is shocking. I was informed that an assessor was appointed. The assessor was absolutely superb. Communication was great and he was highly professional and I was kept informed all the time. The same can unfortunately not be said about Orico. I was since I was informed by the assessor that the report will be submitted to Orico, in communication with Happy from Orico with absolutely no response. I am not wanting to know when my claim will be paid out, if it will be paid, but want to understand the process which was not communicated to me at all. I do not claim frequently so expect to be guided by Orico on the process and they just do not seem to be interested at all.
