Momentum Short-Term Insurance
Still waiting on claim response - 3 weeks

My husband was in a car accident. everything was submitted and interviews was held with the insurance. They have confirmed after one week that the car will be scrapped and requested a settlement amount from the bank. Everything was submitted and now 3 weeks later we still have no update. When I phone the claims department they can not assist as the claim is still with the assessor and when I phone the assessor on 2 different numbers supplied neither one of them is working. I don't know who to phone anymore and no one is getting back to us.
