I went through financial difficulties in August 2013 and I requested MFC to give me one month leniency and they agreed. The following month they deducted twice without making any notification. When I made an arrangement with them, Emilly from Collection Department promised that Mishack Ratlhogo will contact me. I haven't heard from the guy even today. I think I have been mislead and treated unfair by MFC for not explaining the terms and condition when they awarded me a leniency for the month of August.
