Last week I made contact with Nedbank Rosebank looking for a Business Consultant. I was put through a lady by the name of Rose Khumalo. I've dealt with a no. of banks prior but the service I received from this lady was exceptional. I went to the branch the next day and she remembered me from our telephonic conversation without me saying much. She knew her story, she was professional and efficient... and because of that I had more hours to spend in my day. I appreciate her people skills and I would deal with Nedbank Rosebank a 1000 more times as long as she's the business consultant. She's a breath of fresh air indeed and epitomises excellent service... especially after I had been to two other Nedbank branches before I phoned her. Congratulations to Nedbank Rosebank for having such gems within staff.
