She hang up the phone in my ears

It is with great sadness that I experienced such a bad service from the customer consultant from JD Financial Services. I saw JD Online financial services through Barnetss furniture store personal loan on the internet. I received response from Barnettes stating that for any information I should phone their customer service line - 087 941 3489. I called them, got the lady by the name of Zodwa who was so unfriendly and wouldn't actually listen to my query just constantly switched me of when I asked questions about the process of how do they work in terms of their process and procedure. She couldn't give me any better feedback instead she just shut me down and said that they don't do the online services, then I asked her why is it advertised there then if they don't deal with online queries. She then said I must go back to where I did the loan, and I said but I did it online. Zodwa was very unproffessional the way she handled our telephone conversation to an extend that she hang up the phone on me without helping me. This is the people who cry that there are no jobs, then they get hired, next thing they don't know how to treat the customers fairly with dignity and respect.
