So I applied for a personal loan through Joshua Doore Financial Services on Saturday online.
I was then given a final screen that said they would call me in 72 hours requesting the documentation and finalise the process...
It is now Friday, and I am still awaiting them to call me with regards to the outcome.

So I have tried calling them only to be told that there is ONE person dealing with this, and that they can take my details and they shall have the person call me back, that was yesterday, and I am still waiting.
So I gave them a call today and yet again the same response, however this time, I refused to be caught that same routine, and requested to speak to the person immediately, only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes with no response.

My question is why do they boast that they have "An Uncle in the Furniture Business" yet keep you waiting like a typical call centre, with no actual work ethic.
