Poor poorer poorest service delivery!

I am an existing customer of Bayport Financial Services. I have applied for a loan with them and sent through all the necessary documentation as required. Five days later, I still did not receive any feedback for this application. Upon enquiring, I was put through from pillar to post without getting an answer on the application. All points had to do the security check with me, which I didnt have a problem with. Only to be informed that I didnt pass the security check and that I can only contact them again in 24 hours time as the computer system has kicked me out.

Today after several phone calls, I was informed that I do not qualify for a loan due to unaffordability.

The worse part if it all is that when Bayport offers you a loan, they are pestering and constantly phoning you to offer you this incredible deals. But when you are in desperate need of money, they cannot even give you as a customer feedback on an application. This isunacceptable!!

This is a company that delivers one of the poorest custmers services ever!!
You will loose customers, pick up your socks!!
