I would like to say that I am horribly dissapointed in the disgusting service I have received from Edcon Financial services. In submitting my FICA docs I was not notified that it was or was not successful, just that I can shopping in 3 working days, in doing so a week later I shopped and all was well, another week later trying to shop I was told my account is blocked as my ID doc wasn't clear in sending FICA docs though to.
Why was I not notified that this was the case?!! I have phoned your Financial Services Dept numerous occasions, on one being told to hold for 40mins and calling back to be told the agent that was helping me went on lunch and just kept me waiting!
I then called again and spoke to the manger that advised she is sorry about me not being notified but to speed up the process I can go online and submit it from there...
I have just been online and there is no option to fill in FICA, because I called the call centre (YET AGAIN) for assistance & they have advised that this is not allowed online and I must go to a store again and do the same procedure like I have done already..
I am extremely irrate and would like a response as soon as possible, this cannot go on!!!
