My Contract and final payment went of on the 25th of March 2013. On the 25th of April the payment started going off again. I e-mailed the above company 9 times already. They keep sending me that they will get back to me. I phoned the company and the agent said she got my number she will phone me back. Now I got another account saying that I am in arrears with my account. I have e-mailed them the bank statement to show that all the payments has gone through. No response still. How is it possible to wait for nearly a month for this company to get back to a customer regarding the account. The new account does not state the payments that has gone through.
