Why offer Online Services if you cant process them

I applied online for a new contract. I have two existing contracts & the consultant phones me three times & thereafter tells me that he can't process my application online & I need to go to a store to do so. Like why?! Please stop advertising online services if you'll can't do them. Why couldn't he?! Elaborate! I don't have time to go to a store! Highly upset^(R)(R)
