New FNB Online site up to shift!

I logged onto FNB's new online site and signed into my online portfolio... A message appeared that i qualify for a credit card upgrade/limit increase soooo... I clicked on it and everything went smooth until step2 where i need to confirm... All of a sudden an orange bar with writing " No data returned from request" appeared and just there i cant complete the credit card application! I mean... what the is up with this new site? The old one worked like magic, where the new one has been full of hassles from day one! Can a consultant please contact me to complete this application?
