Hi,

On the 13th of November I applied for a credit limit and credit card update. This is after I got a message on my internet bank profile that I qualify for an upgrade. I have done the online application and forwarded my supporting documentation to the fnb card email adress.

So far, I haven't received any calls or emails from FNB to even confirm that they received my documentation.
How long do I still have to wait?

In the interim ABSA called me to market a cheque account which they will give me a slightly higher credit limit with a little lower interest rate, which I am considering seeing that my wife banks with ABSA. However, I have been with FNB for so long.

In conclusion, can someone from FNB please call me before the 7day quote expires from ABSA!!!
