ONLINE CREDIT CARD APPLICATION SHAMBLES

I applied online for my credit card last week monday 11 February. The FNB website advertises delivery "within 3 working days" if you apply for a Gold Credit Card. And I did so. I received a confirmation that my application was approved. Then following up on Wednesday 13 February last week I was informed that my payslip, which I uploaded via the site, had not been sent and that the site has a known issue with this upload. Only upon MY enquiry did I then email this document through. On Friday 15 February last week I once again followed up on my credit card which should have been delivered by THURSDAY 14 February according to your marketing as well as the confirmation email I received. I was then informed I needed to send through a signed quote. Not once on the online application did any such quote arise, did any request for my signed quote arise nor did anyone contact me nor send me any such correspondence. I then needed to follow up, after dealing with 3 different people, I eventually received my quote, signed and returned it on Friday afternoon 13:31pm. I then called this morning once again on Monday 18 February, an entire week since I applied and was then approved. Still waiting.
