I have asked Capitec for feedback because my debit card with Master Card function was declined for an online transaction on the Orange online store. I have made the original request on the 23 December. When I got no feed back I posted on their Facebook page on the 30 December - somebody then responded and asked for my contact details and ID number which I promptly sent via e-mail.

I did visit the Capitec branch in the Garden Route Mall where they upped the limit on my card for online purchases. The Orange Online site submitted payment again which were also rejected.

I promptly cancelled my order with Orange Online and resubmitted the a new order on 27 December again and paid with my ABSA credit card with zero issues or problems. Received the order on 30 December already!

Up until 31 December @ 14:38 I did not get a meaningful response from Capitec!

Capitec I expected better!

Why do you publish an e-mail address on your website if it's not promptly answered ie. within 24 hours which is the norm?
