I'm such a fan of FNB my friends feel I should be paid for then positive PR I give FNB everywhere in go. Today however, I'm a VERY dissapointed client. Your credit card department is a nightmare to deal with. First time round, it took over a month and me throwing my toys out to get approval. Every time I followed up, they needed one document after the other. I followed up week after week. So long that the initial application expired and I had to re-apply!! Now I need a limit increase which I qualify for and FNB has sent me texts about to make use of. One week after the online application and being told to send through my payslip and ID copy, I'm told today that I need to submit ALL the documents I already did just in February??? Don't u have enough of my documents on ur files from the last 5 yrs of banking with you?? Why was I not advised of all requirements on application then and now? I'm sure one of the other banks will be able to give me a hassle free credit card which unfortunately is a necessity nowadays.
