I CAN NOT ACCESS MY MONEY

I can not access my money (Annoyed) I'm using a service that's advised to be convenient but its really not It's a inconvenience because I can not access my money, I'm getting a slip that says "you have entered an incorrect cell number or you have selected an incorrect transaction. Please refer to your opt sms and follow instruction. Your system is stupid because I know my cellphone number and I entered it correctly, I tried more than one ATM and this is the the first time this is happening (and its starting to ANNOY Me. some services from FNB are actually pathetic. If the ATMS are not working or don't have money, the services do not work.
