A few months ago, my mother in law signed up for Dent and Scratch through Dial Direct. The telesales girl that called to sign her up promised that should she need to fix a dent or scratch on her car, she could take her car into any workshop of her choice, and they would gladly pay for the quote of upto R3000. 3 weeks ago, my mother in law found a place of her choice, and once she sent everything through to dial direct, they declined the quote of R2500 as they had not approved of the place she took it to. Whenever she calls and speaks to Roxanne Roy, after promises, Roxanne does NOT RETURN CALLS!! She has thus cancelled three policies with Dial Direct, and switched to Discovery. What happens to all these months she has paid for? Will she be reimbursed as she did not receive any of the promises made by that sales agent. The call recording needs to be pulled, and the consultant needs to be trained properly. DONT PROMISE CUSTOMERS ONLY TO DISAPPOINT! Please assist in this matte
