I was given the direct line to claim for scratch and dent protection. When you call that line you press 2 for claims enquiries and then the call is disconnected. I've been paying these premiums for a year and somehow I feel I will never get the value I was promised. How are you supposed to make a claim without being able to get into contact with the call centre. On top of that, Dial Direct, did not hesitate to up the premium this month.
