Unacceptable service

Yesterday I waited for 45 minutes in a queue to exchange some money at FNB Sandton City, there was only one person on duty and that person was still training. Only when i complained did they bring another cashier, but by then it was too late. They then told me my bank transfer would be in my account by the end of the day and it did not come in. Today i phoned to query my process and i got but through to many departments and waited on hold for very long periods of time. I had R100 airtime before the call and i now have R3 left in my cell account because of this. After over an hour of back and forth only once i was fuming angry did they offer to phone me back. I then got told my money was processed but it is still not. I want FNB to actually treat their customers with respect and offer good solutions. I have never had a problem with FNB until now and its very infuriating.
