Credit Card delivered to the wrong area

Good Day

I applied for a new credit card on 10 October 2013.

I then called your call centre on Tuesday 13 October to find out if my application was processed.

The lady than notified me that there is a card that's ready for collection in the Aberdeen area. This really confused me as I'm based in Johannesburg and have never been to Cape Town.

We then agreed that the card would be scrapped and I will be issued with a new card in Johannesburg which will take 5 days.

This morning I received a call from your card division to say my card is ready for collection in Aberdeen.

The lady was not helpful as all she said is that she is only notifying me about the collection.

I was in fact waiting to collect my card any day now in JHB yet it seems like nothing was processed by Standard bank.

This is very upsetting as I need my card asap. Seriously considering to move my business to another bank
