This morning i blocked my telephone banking pin then i decided to call the FNB help line to assist to unblock my pin. I was advised that i need to go inside the branch.
Today at 14:01, during my lunch time, i arrived at the Sandton branch to sort out this problem. When i got there i waited 11mins at the Servicing dept and the administrator told me that i have to go queue at the Collections dept. I went to queue at Collections Dept, i was the 6th person on the queue and i waited for another 15mins. When i was finally got to the desk the administrator called Luigi told me that he cant help i have to go back to the Service Dept. I refused because time was against me and it was not my fault that i was in the wrong queue, i was directed to go at the Collections. I demanded to speak to the manager/supervisor because i was not willing to wait on the queue.
Luigi told me that i must go to Banking Relationship Dept (BRD) and the guy called Masego will help me. When i got to the BRD, Masego told me to wait because he was about to service a client. i waited there for almost 23mins, tapping my feet unstoppably, and i eventually left without any help because my lunch time. It is SADDENING!
