It is with great disappointment that during the time an insurance company is suppose to be of assistance to Mr Toli's family but instead they choose to fight tooth and nail not to pay a cent. We would like to get some clarification with regards to policy 00062610*001 as the sum assured is the same of the value of the house. When we call to process the claim we are being told that only the geyser is insured.
Who in their right mind would insure a geyser instead of their house, the principle member passed on and this is they way you assist the family. Do not use your terminologies to rob people of what is due to them.
