I've been trying since the 17th of Sept to cancel a debit order on my account. I've been given two different email addresses, both bounce back all the time, and a fax number, which fails all the time. So if I can't cancel this debit order telephonically, how am I supposed to do that.
These guys are quick to sign you up, and quick to take your money but slow to respond to customer requests. Very bad.
Can I please get some feedback on what I am suppose to do?
