Standard Bank Moving Down-wards ITC INCORRECT!!!

Last Year in September I went on a new Transaction with Standard bank Vehicle Finance, as this is my 3rd Vehicle with them and I did not have much hassle in the Past, I did not think twice to go into agreement with them again, this time they have cost me dearly, I Have phone twice, the second time a gentlemen did assist me, last year in October after I got married. He Promised to resolve the matter, and gave me a ref no., which I have lost but its obviously still on your system!! In December after allot of Expenses and I need to add I started of my on (Pty) ltd. I was in Desperate need for an Overdraft with my bank FNB and a lone, but was unsuccessful because the incompetent AGENT did nothing!! Im holding an Account with all the Credit Bu rues and Know very well how the system works, Experian, Transunion, CompuScan and XTD's unfavourse me!! My Loan or Overdraft is declined because of affordability, the Clever AGENT never updated as I requested to show a 0 (ZERO) Balance on (ALL) as well as on Instalment, not R2276!!! and to close down the account completely!!! Standard Bank are you going to pay for the 2Contracts ive lost because of my affordability scoring not be correct!! THIS IS URGENT!
