I got into a contract with B3 starting Sept 2012. i gave them authority to debit my account every month. i got all the SMSes regarding the payments from my bank and now they telling me that they did not receive all the payments and they need my bank statement. i emailed my bank statement to the person who requested it (Busi Mahlalela) on Friday, 25th Jan and i never got any feedback. i called them this morning and they sending me from pillar to post.. i want them to rectify their mistake or refund me and cancel the policy.
