Give me Indwe without the Orico monkey on its back

I have been a client of Indwe for the last 5 years. Before me, my house was insured through them by the previous owner also.
Unfortunately, things break and pipes burst and previous incidents handled by Indwe were settled quickly, efficiently and I was kept informed at all times.

My second burst pipe claim in 6 months was attended to by Orico, who appointed an assessor who couldn't see me after hours - I work fulltime. Took matters into his own hands, and treated me like I wanted to swindle them. All my emails and phonecalls to Orico went unanswered. I had NO feedback from them whatsoever until I managed to get hold of Sarah Raphael- a manager, who, at the time was very helpful. Things looked up, or so I thought. My bathroom has been repaired, the contractors invoice submitted on the 19th/4 - and no one can tell me IF the contractor has been paid or if the process is in place.. or is there something else they need!! Emails to Orico, both claims AND Sarah and the assessor once again go unanswered. ORICO is PATHETIC! I'd only deal with Indwe, given the opportunity.
