Indwe/Orico not updating me

In March I had an accident where someone bumped me from behind. I claimed from my insurance and I paid excess. Since, I was not the one at fault, My insurance said they will claim from the other car and refund me my excess. I sent Venetia email and she forwarded it to Legal Orico to update me on the status of claiming from the other car. and to this day, they have not said anything to me. I sent Venetia email again to update me and now she also went quite.

Why cant Indwe/Orico update me as to how far are they and when will they be done?

I really love Indwe's Premiums but their service is bad. I always have to complain to get a very simple things done.
