Service consultants
Have had four claims since December - March 2013. The emails to and from them still reads three claims and we have no claim numbers from Lion of Africa yet. Had to chase them to send the claims through to Orico and have to repeatedly check that the documentation does not get lost in inbox files. I have had emails requesting documentation and then called and had explained to me we don't need any further documentation.
I am still waiting for claim numbers from Lion of Africa.

Orico -
They in turn pass the buck onto Orico - Who cannot deal with the claim as Lion of Africa does not give them any authority to settle claims.

Lion of Africa
Which means we are ALL WAITING FOR LION OF AFRICA.

I would like my claims resolved. I would like to know why Indwe is selling Lion of Africa insurance to their clients if they know about this attitude towards claims? I am not in the industry and have no insider knowledge and have been making decisions blindly. Things that can be explained in clear terms could have been done sooner, my conclusion- Lion of Africa does not pay out so even if it is lekke cheap just give them a miss, they don't answer calls and delay pay
