This is a complaint and a compliment in one:
I have been VERY unhappy with the Indwe claims centre's service the past few months. Ever since Orico took over I've been battling to get the 2 claims I had approved. We had a water flood in September and my tablet's screen was cracked about a month ago. It took Orico weeks to get the claims approved (the tablet was better than the first claim). When I email them I also don't get timely feedback. Only after emailing Chantal Hill or Corne Dreyer I get feedback and answers.
Chantal Hill rectified the complaint and actually went the extra mile in helping me. She didn't need to help me at all as she doesn't work with claims.
