Claim Negated - Zurich using own Service Providers

I submitted a claim to my broker (Indwe Risk) for a highend hob and oven that started becoming problematic. Zurich onsite admin (ORICO) sent me claims forms and advised that I obtain a quote for replacement as well as an electrican's report. I complied and sent the relevant information on the 10th October 2013. 2 weeks passed and when I followed up with ORICO, I was informed that an assessor will call onsite. The assessor arrived a week later, and upon inspection advised that he would send an electrician to investigate. A further 2 weeks passed, and I when I inquired with my broker as to the progress, I was informed that the claim was declined. I then requested that the broker (Indwe Risk) intervene. The broker found the claim to be valid under the relevant peril clauses and resubmitted their motivation. The claim was rejected the second time on the basis of conflicting information in the report provided by both electricians. I acted on good faith and instruction from ORICO - subsidiary of Zurich. Zurich than appointed their assessor who negated my claim. My broker supports my claim [Email Removed] however Zurich are just passing the buck to negate the claim.
