Submitted the qoutation on the 21st of January 2013, when I follwed up on Thursday the 24th January an assesor was still not appointed, escalated with manager only then was an assessor appointed. But when I followed up with manager Welma Strauss I was advised that there assessor delayed to downlod their assessment thus resulting in a /- 5 day delay for the insurance to authorise the repairs on my vehicle. the authorisation was only given to Sanrose Autobody on the 1st Febraury. The panelbeaters ordered the parts on the same day and have been waiting since, today I recieved ETA date of the 15th Feb from them. I then called ORICO to advise that since the was a delay in authorising my claim from their side can they arrange to extend the use of the curtesy car as it will be expiring on the 17th Feb & given the ETA of the 15th Feb from the panelbeates my car will still not be fixed. SAMANTHA rudely told me that there will be no extension as there was no error from the insurance, when I asked to speak to a senior personnel she acknowledge a 2 day delay on their part but still refused to extend nor to let me speak to senior staff member claiming they were all in a meeting. VERY UPSET
