NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER REGARDING COMPLAINT

I reported a withdrawal from my bank account on September 27th 2013, and have had absolutely NO feedback from the bank. despite having had a consultant escalate my case with their teamleaders on at least two occasions.

Every time I call, no one can tell me anything as they are unsure of what is going on. I would simply like to know whether or not I am eligible for any kind of refund, or at least have someone bother to inform me as to what is going on with my investigation!
