I put in a claim online on the 26th of April. A week later Herman Venter who according to the website was working on my claim still had not called me. I called in. Avery helpful lady by the name of Yasmin assisted me to complete the claim. I was asked to forward the necessary paperwork to Herman which I did. It is now the 8th of May and the only time I get any feedback is when I call in. Yesterday I spoke to a lady who told me her name is Nathalia and she is the claims dept manager. She gave me some feedback and promised to contact me today at 2:00pm. Guess what? No call. I tried calling in and asking for her, seems no-one knows who she is.
If I ask to speak to Herman I never get to him.
Can somebody at FFW/Telesure please give me a name and a direct no. of someone to speak to because working through the call centre is a freaking nightmare?
