At the end of December 2013 my Laptop packed up due to lightning/power surge. I phoned the call centre and Stefanie Martins helped me to register my claim.By the end of my call, i already received my claim registration om my phone. Stefanie constantly followed up with me regarding the process of my claim and what documents she needs. One could not even forget about the claim during the festive period because she kept me on my toes.

After my documents were all in Stefanie again kept me informed what was happening.
