I had signed as proxy for my previous employer when purchasing company vehicles. Wesbank handed my personal name to Nimble Group, who listed a default on my name. Now, a certain HSR Attorneys in Pretoria confirmed that the account has been handed over to them by Wesbank. I need Nimble Group to reverse the listing of my name with immediate effect.
