I thought i'll treat myself to a new tablet so i phone cell c on the Wednesday morning, I gave all the stuff needed to process the new contract and I told him I need it urgently, He told me I'll get it today Monday 13-5-2013. So i waited all day and the new tablet never came. I also phone more than 8 times just to speak to him. regrading all of this I wont let cell C debit the full amount from my account due to that its almost half of the month and still waiting for that dame tablet. I wish that I have rather phoned Vodacom for the new tablet, thy always deliver as promise. Never had a problem with Vodacom delivery only Cell c.
