I must say i feel violated and my rights as a consumer taken away by one of South Africa's network, in August I signed a contract (via phone) with CellC for a ZTE tablets which was delivered to me. Upon delivery I followed the instructions as per leaflet and inserted the sim card but it did not work I thought maybe it needs another day to be activated as I called the call centre for the sim card to be activated by second day still the sim was not working, I inserted the sim on my cell and it was working again I inserted the sim in the tablet it did not read on the tablet said cant read sim, I called CellC and I was promise that they will come and pick up the tablet it's been like 3 months now waiting for them to come and pick up their tablet.
I called and called to no joy ref #OBS094881. And even send an email.
now what annoys me is my account is being debited in October i had to reverse twice because i told them i want to cancel the contract but because they are not hearing me they are debiting my account whenever they feel like, today 27.10.2013 my account has been debited again R179.00 i must call my bank again to reverse.
