I closed my account in August 2012 and in one month, I receive incessant calls from the call centre insisting that I deposit R200 to keep my account active.
I have patiently told the numerous call centre employees for the umpteenth time that my account has been closed for over a year and correspondence from Standard Bank confirming as such!
I receive 5 calls a day before 8am and after 7pm and during work hours. I am now officially ignoring these calls! FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST
