BILLING ME FOR A CLOSED ACCOUNT

I settled and CLOSED my credit card in the middle of last year, Standard Bank has been charging me for the account as well as a credit card protection plan which was all closed... Regardless of the emails which have been sent and phone calls made. I have automated phone calls from early morning till late at night! I have now been declined for a tiny increase on my overdraft due to this and I need to go into the bank as I am now listed on debt collectors. This is a huge inconvenience and disgusting service. Standard Bank does nothing to help their customers, even their valued customers who have NEVER been in debt. I am now closing my account and will move to FNB. Thanks Standard Bank for NOTHING!!!
