King price has proven to me that you pay the cheapest price you get the very cheapest service. The accident happened on the 21/09/2013 even today 14/10/2013 i still don't have my car back. I was dealing with Karabo, she always promised to call me back whenever i called, she asked for my brother's contact details as she needed to ask certain questions, i provided her with them. A week went by without her contacting any of us. Second week i called in i spoke to Tougheeda she said to me there's nothing on the system showing that i have spoken to an agent, i had to start my story from scratch. She transferred me to Justin, who was quite helpful i told him what happened, gave him the details he needed. He promised to contact me as soon as possible. Between the 7th and the 10th i contacted king price, then an agent said he will ask Justin to call me back. He did call back but instead of giving me feedback he started arguing with me over the phone because i said he promised to phone me and inform me of what's happening and he didn't. I am so unhappy.
