I called your so called emergency number "0860555523" and spoke to a lady, however I didn't get her name, but I did inform her that I was involved in an accident and I was informed by her that your "Claims Department" will give me a call.
Now I can understand that your claims department will gimme a call back, but I fail to understand that they still haven't called me back since the 7th December just to follow up, whether the car was in driving condition or not. Your claims department, as well as the emergency call centre, customer service as proven with the failure to call me back.
What if it was a serious accident and I had to wait for a "King Price emergency" assistants vehicle or "Tow Truck" from you guys... I would of still been on the side of the road dying for all you know and care. As you will see in the attachment, the details o
